So simple and so delicious! Teff is full of prebiotic fibre and complex, slow releasing carbs so these bars will keep you full for much longer than expected. These bars are great to taking on long walks, hikes or just having around as emergency supplies! They’re also very quick to make which is a definite bonus.
Ingredients
350g Lovegrass teff flakes
150g smooth peanut butter
130ml maple syrup
85ml melted coconut oil
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 01
In a bowl, simply combine all of the ingredients until the teff flakes are evenly coated.

Step 02
Empty the mix into a lined baking tin and flatten down firmly. Place in the fridge for a few hours to set.
